Mr. Phebus is a 1993 graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law.  He is admitted to practice law in both Arizona and Illinois. He specializes in the skilled and aggressive defense of complex criminal, civil and domestic relations, personal injury and civil litigation matters.

Mr. Phebus is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys ('NACDL'),  Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice, the American Bar Association, and the Arizona Committee for Constitutional Defense.

He is Secretary Treasurer of the Criminal Justice Section of the State Bar of Arizona.
