If you or somebody you love has been injured in an accident or because of someone else's negligence, the Law Offices of John Phebus stand ready to help you get through this difficult time and to make sure that you are fairly compensated for what has happened.

Personal-injury cases come in many different shapes and sizes, from being bit by a neighbor's dog to having a loved one killed.  No matter how big or how small the case, you deserve to be made whole and be compensated for the pain and suffering that you and your family have had to bear.

The Law Offices of John Phebus will be with you at every step of your personal injury or wrongful death claim.  We will deal with the insurance company to make sure that your automobile or other property is promptly fixed or paid for; we will work with your doctors to ensure that you receive treatment for your injury while we pursue your claim and we will be with you at trial if the person who injured you refuses to do the right thing and compensate you for what has taken place.

You are entitled to have your medical bills paid, you are entitled to have your lost wages paid for and your property that has been damaged paid for.  Most importantly, you are entitled to be compensated for the pain and suffering that you have endured.  If your loved one has been killed, you are entitled to be compensated for that loss.

Personal-injury claims are handled on a contingent fee basis, that means that we do not get paid in less you get paid; typically 25%  to 33% of the financial recovery will be shared with our firm; if after pursuing your claim, no recovery is able to be made you do not owe the firm anything for our fee.  We only get paid if you get paid.

It is important that you contact an attorney as soon as possible after an accident.  If you have a claim against a city or other government agency, you may have to file a “notice of claim” in a little as 180 days after your accident or you may loose your ability to sue.  Furthermore, the other side's insurance company may try to contact you and get you to settle your claim for a much lower amount than it is actually worth.  If you are contacted by the other side's insurance company or investigator do not make any statement, sign any documents or settle your claim until you have had a chance to speak to an attorney.

I am happy to speak to you about your case for no charge.  Please give me a call and I'll be glad to evaluate your case and tell you if I can be of any help to you.
